Students and staff of Ash Hill Academy are celebrating today after receiving another year of improved results across all subjects.
77% of students gained a grade 4 or above in English and 65% of students gained a grade 4 or above in maths, with all subjects improving on last year’s performance.
Carol Cartwright, AAB Chair commented, “Congratulations and well done to all our Year 11 students. Their success is very well deserved.”
Principal John Higgins said "I am absolutely delighted with these results which reflect the hard work put in by both students and staff. These results are once again a clear indication of the strong teaching and individual support we provide for our students."
Paul Tarn, Chief Executive Officer of Delta Academies Trust said:
“ I am delighted with these outcomes, which have improved at Ash Hill Academy for the third year in succession. John Higgins and his team are quickly establishing Ash Hill as the school of choice in this area of Doncaster. A start date has recently been agreed for the development of the Ash Hill site, so that the quality of the school environment will reflect the high quality education provided in the classroom.“
