Ash Hill's random acts of kindness

This week's assemblies focus on the Random acts of Kindness Day, 2020, and was lead by the Head of Science, Mr Leonard.

Mr Leonard told the students about the recent floods in Doncaster and how he and his family were affected by the extreme weather. During the worst of the flooding, Mr Leonard was surrounded by people who wanted to help and support him and the community with their acts of kindness, whether it was supplying free takeaway food, places to stay, packages and words of encouragement.

Should we wait for times in need before we decide to show our kindness?

What random act of kindness could you do today?

Help out by preparing a meal?

Washing up after a meal?

Make a difference to the environment?

Help out your neighbours?
