Today Ash Hill Academy students and staff donned crazy ties and Pudsey ears to fundraise for Children in Need.

It was a really positive day in the academy as both students and staff commented on each others Pudsey ears and unusual ties, and it brought a smile to everybody’s face. Tie came in all shapes and sizes – slim ties, big ties, ties inherited from parents and grandparents, bow ties! Sparkly, polka dots, FLASHING, flamingos and Mr Henry understood the assignment with a quite trendy tie complete with a range of mathematical equations.

Up to now, we have collected a whopping £199.49 which is fantastic and will go to children around the UK who are greatly in need of continued support.

Well done everybody!
